Twenty Years in the Making: The Launch of Celebrated Experiences
The Celebrated Hotels Collection has changed its name to Celebrated Experiences. New name. New logo. Same friendly and exceptional service.
On December 5th Preston Epstein, Chairman and Founder of the Celebrated Hotels Collection announced that the company’s name has been changed to Celebrated Experiences.
According to Preston, “Celebrated Experiences better reflects the full range of services we provide, and it better captures our philosophy that travelers should experience a destination, not just race through it.”
Thousands of travel professionals call on Celebrated each year as the company has become their expert’s expert and one-stop shop when they have clients traveling to England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.
Preston also announced the creation of three distinct divisions within Celebrated Experiences:
- Celebrated Hotels: Travel agents can call or email Celebrated Experiences to book nearly 200 hand-picked properties in the United Kingdom and Ireland. From castles, to city hotels, to country houses, to stately homes . . . from trendy to traditional . . . from 5-star to 3-star, the diversity enables discriminating personalization. Each Celebrated Hotel is annually inspected. Celebrated calls in each booking, selecting the perfect room for guests and sharing critical information with the hotel about the guests’ preferences and needs.
- Celebrated Journeys: This division specializes in personalizing once-in-a-lifetime, unique experiences for families, golfers, honeymoon couples, groups, and individuals traveling to the United Kingdom and Ireland. Celebrated has built quite a reputation for their itinerary creation services.
- Celebrated Chauffeurs and Guides: In the last 5 years, this has been the fastest growing part of Celebrated. More and more travelers are elevating their experiences by hiring guides and drivers. Whether a walking tour of London or The Lake District, or a driving tour of The Ring of Kerry or The Highlands, a guide can bring the destination to life. Transfers are also in high demand, especially to and from cruise ships or from an airport to a hotel. Travel agents can even call Celebrated for quick transfers in and out of Heathrow or any other London-area airport.
Jonathan Epstein, President of Celebrated Experiences, also announced the launch of celebratedexperiences.com, a first of its kind website aimed at assisting travel professionals who have clients traveling to the UK and Ireland. The website contains unique features, including:
- Accurate, interactive maps of hotels with Google Maps, including satellite imagery
- Bedroom images for each category at a hotel
- Ideas for itineraries
- Lists of things to explore and discover around each Celebrated Hotel
- Three great ways to find hotels: An easy-to-use search tool; a Map with all hotels, and an alphabetical list by destination
Travel professionals also have the ability to
register as a Celebrated Agent. This will enable a travel agent to login and see exclusive content such as room rates, rate inclusions, and special values including dollar rates. Celebrated Agents will also get access to Hotel Inspection Reports.
